Cailin’s Journey

The beginning. . .

My journey into a new career is not so uncommon.I had read somewhere that over our working life we will change careers many times. I went to law school and became a consultant, and now I am embarking on my new life as a pastry chef.

It was in Paris where I fell in love with pastries.I had moved back to Paris on a whim. I had told my friends and family it was in pursuit of a job, but in reality I just wanted to be in Paris again surrounded by boulangeries and patisseries.

My  six months of pastry school is now over, and the reality of working as a pastry chef is just about to begin.
